500			_aThe article shows the features of the drying oilseed crops technology, in particular rapeseed. The results of laboratory studies on drying rapeseed are presented, and the possibility of mathematical modeling and calculation is considered. Experimental studies of the drying process were carried out and a numerical experiment was carried out to obtain a mathematical model of heat treatment and dehydration of rapeseed in a thin layer.
